Please enter each payment option one at a time, by selecting "Add Payment to Cart", so that student contact information can be collected. Select the option "Add Additional Payments" to add each additional payment.

When you have completed all payment entries, select "Finish and Pay".

If a conductor/sponsor wants to pay for an entire group ($25 per student), then put the number of students in the "quantity field. For the required prompts, "Attendee" should be the conductor/sponsors's name, "School Affiliation" is the school name, "Class Year" can just be 2019, and then fill in the contact's telephone number. For group payments, e-mail a list of the attendees and their class level to emu_choirs@emich.edu.
